Flat Roof and Torch-Down Replacement in San Diego

Schedule a free flat roof estimate

Higher Levels Roofing replaces flat and low-slope roofs on San Diego County homes, multifamily properties and commercial buildings. We look at the existing layers, deck and drainage before recommending a system. That includes small flat sections tied into tile or shingles and roofs that cover the entire building.

Three-Ply DIBITEN Torch Down

When the building is suited to a torch-applied assembly, we can specify a three-ply Johns Manville DIBITEN system. A proposed scope can include a base layer, a smooth interply and a reflective CR G cap sheet. We identify how the assembly will terminate at walls, edges, curbs and transitions to other roof types.

TPO as a Single-Ply Option

TPO uses a single membrane with heat-welded seams. We assess whether it suits the deck, how water drains and how rooftop equipment affects the work. The proposal explains any insulation or cover board included and the approach to penetrations and perimeter details.

See a Low-Slope Replacement in La Jolla

Our crew removed two existing roof layers, prepared the deck, renewed flashing and installed a three-layer DIBITEN assembly. The project gallery includes flashing work and aerial views of the completed roof.

Get a Scope That Covers Drainage

We review drains, scuppers, edges and areas where water collects. Your written estimate lists the system and which drainage and flashing details are included so you can compare scopes.
