Not only with my new, beautifully installed roof, but also by the fact that they removed the old roof and installed the new roof in 1 day! And without sacrificing quality. Carlos was timely in all aspects and his crew was exceptional. My property was completely cleaned up as soon as the work was done. Friendly, reliable and extremely professional. Who knew getting a new roof could be so easy? From the very beginning when I was getting quotes, Carlos made it easy. When I was in escrow many of the other roofers did not even want to come out or wanted to charge for an estimate. Carlos didn’t even mention any concerns, he just came out, climbed on the roof and provided a thorough estimate shortly after. Easy peasy.
Higher Levels Roofing are not only experts in roofing but also customer service! From beginning to end the communication was consistent and plentiful. I appreciate all the pictures, videos, and calls.
As for the roof work, I am more than pleased! They don’t just take care of the paper and shingles but everything on the roof. They replaced or painted old vents, removed a vent I no longer needed and were a huge help in selecting and installing new skylights!
